Be Part of Our Cavity Free Club!

Our cavity Free Program rewards our special patients who demonstrates excellent homecare in between dental visits and have no cavities when they come in for their dental check-up.

All patients 12 years old and under will have their picture taken and placed on our cavity free club wall in the reception area. At the end of every other month we draw one boy and one girl's name for a $30.00 gift certificate to a local retail outlet like Toys-R-Us.

In addition, all children will receive their own toothbrush, floss and a gift from the Treasure Chest. We believe being cavity-free is an accomplishment that deserves recognition.
